An easy-to-use, cross platform mobile application for digitally entering animal health certificate data. Submitted CVIs can be automatically and/or manually entered into state animal health information systems, as well as paper-based forms printed directly from the mobile application.

A model of the National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN) diagnostic testing capacity for use by individual labs and network administration. This model allows for the identification of rate limiting processes and helps to maximize the overall efficiency of the processes used by the labs and network personnel. This is one perspective of the AgConnect system.

National Dairy FARM Program

Status: Completed

A data collection, analysis, and reporting system to support industry-wide animal care and environmental stewardship assessments. It provides a cross platform mobile app for on-farm data collection, a data management system for configuring the system, and a reporting and analysis system all developed around a centralized database. In use by over 1,000 evaluators to conduct assessments across 160+ dairy cooperatives and processors spanning over 40,000 facilities across all 48 continental US states representing 98% of the U.S. milk supply.

Designed and developed the Process-oriented Data Visualization (ProDV) visual analytics framework that provides rapid customization through a visual programming environment and desktop data visualization capabilities to detect the unexpected and discover the unexpected in large, complex datasets.

An online catalog of literary works on miracles and divine action in which publications are aggregated into the SDA Reader and published to promote dialog on how God intervenes in the world. The user-facing site presents an easily navigable interface to the vast information available including interactive 3D connected visualizations and a searchable library with a digital book reader interface.

A software platform for study data curation that helps reduce errors when collecting and organizing study participant data coming from multiple wearable sensors. Data is cross-validated with participant records to reduce the likelihood of common data aggregation issues like misattribution. The tool allows for both automatic retrieving of data from cloud services as well as manual upload.

Status: Active

A data management and reporting system that enables implementation of the US-RSPE Sustainability Framework, to include: 1) submission of US-RSPE Framework sustainability assessments across the egg, broiler, and turkey sectors, 2) permissions-based viewing of submitted data, and 3) generation of data visualizations and reports that highlight continuous improvement (year over year) and organization comparison with their sector(s).
