Computing & Information Technology Division

The Computing and Information Technology Division (CITD) is focused on meeting customers’ needs by the innovative application of a wide range of technologies. The CITD team is a carefully selected group of multi-disciplined researchers that approach each problem from a systems perspective. Because of our position within the Texas A&M Engineering program, CITD’s expertise can easily be extended by rounding out our team with world class faculty researchers from Texas A&M University, as appropriate. Our customer base reflects a broad range of customers from both government and industry. In particular, large programs have been worked with various services within the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.

Our business model is simple. We maintain a group of highly skilled researchers and developers in high payoff areas of computing and information technology such as computer science, electrical engineering, engineering technology, and operations research/systems analysis. When necessary, we partner with various experts in other application domains to form a multi-disciplined team focused on real-world problems. Lastly, our operation is enhanced by the enforcement of the sound principles of object-oriented analysis and design, and look for opportunities to leverage essential by-products such as abstract processes and reusable components.
